I am back from San Francisco. I miss that cool weather already. I do not miss the BART car that had no AC. That was PAINFUL. Frontier Airlines is pretty good, and the Denver Airport is very nice.
I have biked (rented a bike from Blazing Saddles, I kid you not!) across the Golden Gate Bridge to Sausalito and then taken a ferry back to San Francisco. It was amazing, my legs will never forgive me and I think my knees are a lot stronger than I thought. They never hurt from this.
I have also been carried around the neighborhood our hotel was in on someone’s back. That was awesome. Mel’s Drive-in Diner for pie then piggy-back rides. What could be better?? It was hilarious. I have really wonderful tall cousins and a wonderful boyfriend as well. 😛
I went to the Russian Orthodox Wedding and tried to read Slovenic. I can’t do it. I can figure out what some of it is, but there are too many weird letters shoved in there. That reminds me, I have to go by Western and retrieve my russian books from that russian teacher. *grrrr* He better have them. It’s not like my name isn’t in them. Except the one that belonged to Farmor, but I’ll know if I don’t get that one back.
The wedding was amazing. It was near Alamo Square, where they did that park scene in the opening credits of Full House. I didn’t go up to the park, that was for the wedding party to have pictures taken. But I was right near there all the same. The service itself was very nice and I could go into it, but if you want to know about it I’ll send you an email.
Now I’m back home and dealing with my dog. I come home to find 3 stains on the carpet where he’s thrown up, there are red pepper seeds all over the carpet and he’s farting up a storm. Poor pup. I need to call the vet up today. Hmm I should get on that.
Spidge is still the same old weird cat. She’s just crazy I tell ya!!!
There are stories to be told, but they shall have to wait, I have about 4 phone calls to take care of in the next 45 minutes. I need to get all this stuff out of the way. Calling up banks, vets, doctors, my mom, etc. BLEH!
